Apparently series creator Jhonen Vasquez changed Gaz's design in the comics because fans assumed from her black dress that she was goth, which he didn't have in mind when creating her. She wears a blue shirt with a pixelated bunny skull on it now because gamer and that's the design they used for the movie.

The only wiggle room on this is if the business can justify the price due to wholesale costs increasing around the same time. Gas stations get a little more breathing room on this since gas prices are always changing. So if a gas station charges 20 cents more you might not have a case, but if they’re charging DOLLARS more then you got something there
